Please Read The Salon Policies Before Scheduling Your Appointment


  • To secure ANY appointment, a card must be put on file. *For your privacy, if you establish your own profile online through schedulicity, we cannot see your full card number. If you call in to make an appointment, please be prepared to provide us with your card information. No Exceptions!

  • Appointments cancelled less than 24hrs will be charged 50% of the service scheduled.

  • No call no shows will be charged the FULL amount of the services scheduled.

  • All extensions require a non-refundable $50 deposit. 

  • To maintain a relaxing environment, please refrain from bringing children unless they are being serviced.

  • To ensure quality service in a timely manner, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Late arrivals  will be rescheduled after 15 minutes, or will be charged a late fee of $15 in addition to your scheduled service.(Based on the stylists availability.)


  • ​Please arrive with your hair taken down. We DO NOT take down weaves, twist OR braids we did not install. There is a $30 take down fee and $25 for kids. 


  • All returned checks will be charged a service fee of $35 and will forfeit your check writing privileges. 


  • ​We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
